Dubai Ladies Club hosts Post Natal Recovery seminar

The event coincided with the official launch of NEW YOU, a specialised post natal recovery clinic and a full line of medical and wellness services which will be available at Al Shehana Medical Spa and Al Ghezlan Anti Aging Clinic at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital.

Dr Jeehan Qadir, Executive Chairperson of AACSH and founder of NEW YOU clinic gave a presentation and speech which explored women's post delivery needs as well as the holistic and medical treatments available to them.

Announcing the launch of the state of the art NEW YOU clinic Dr Qadir said:

"The American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Hospital receives patients from across the Gulf region. We recognised that there was an urgent need for a modern, technologically advanced post natal recovery clinic that could educate and care for expectant and new mothers, so that they can go on to care for the next generation."

Following the presentation, guests were able to address their questions to Dr Qadir and her medical team during one-to-one consultations sessions.

This event is part of a series of health workshops being organised by Dubai Ladies Club in collaboration with American Academy for Cosmetic Surgery Hospital in order to shed light on crucial women's health and well being topics that have been rarely discussed.
