The Hill homes are exclusively designed by two of Egypt's most talented, young architects, Shahira H. Fahmy and Laithy Mekawy. The award-winning Shahira H. Fahmy has designed innovative twin houses, townhouses, and stand-alone villas while Laithy Mekawy - known for his very popular multi-level homes in Allegria Phase IV that sold out in record time - has developed a dazzling twin house design on The Hill.
Earlier this year, Sodic demonstrated its skill of creating intelligent products with the customer in mind when it launched Allegria's Phase IV, which successfully sold out very quickly.
