"Every challenge opens new opportunities. We are in a crucial time, where leaders must restructure their strategies and motivate their team members to help weather the downturn we are currently experiencing."

Leaders Enterprises' upcoming seminar, "Leadership Influence" will address pivotal issues, mainly how to win as a leader in challenging times. Internationally recognized corporate consultant, trainer and coach, Tom McCarthy, and prominent Kuwaiti trainer and coach, Khalid Al-Zanki will highlight strategies that will entice leaders to start motivating and communicating with team members.

Tom McCarthy said, "The current economic downturn we are witnessing incorporates two different modes. The first is survival mode, where leaders are exerting an effort in order to survive. Secondly, growth mode is what leaders should start adopting, where they need to adhere to certain strategies that will allow them to become strong assets within their organization."

Amongst the key strategies that will be shared during the "leadership influence" seminar, is a four-part plan that is beneficial in the development of competent leaders. Al Zanki highlighted that the first component of this plan is to realize and understand the causes of these challenges.

"Leaders must make a distinction, whether it's the nosedive markets are witnessing, or restructuring their strategies," added Al Zanki.

Leaders should be able to determine how deep the current downturn is. This is done through many in-depth analyses, overall assessment of the current status of the economy. McCarthy further reiterated that teams must be ready for an upturn.

"Team leaders should motivate others and prepare them for an economic boom, which requires an increase in training, development of primary messages and positioning them in the correct communications channels and restructuring strategies," highlighted McCarthy.

The plan also discusses the fact that great teams must cooperate more efficiently in times of recession. The closer leaders get with their teams, the more they will help each get through these times.

Leaders Enterprises' "Leadership Influence" seminar will target different executives from various fields, and will provide interactive opportunities for people to share ideas and business strategies.
