The second annual Hèrmes Awards received over 130 entries from some of the world's top hotel chains vying for 16 coveted awards. Hilton HHonors was rated number one for the best Customer Loyalty Programme beating six other hotel loyalty programmes from international hotel groups such as Starwood and Marriott.

'Winning this prestigious International award is a testament to the tremendous success of Hilton HHonors both globally and locally. This is also reflected in our high Middle East enrolment figures which have increased by 87% in the past year,' said Stuart Walsh, Hilton HHonors Marketing Communications Manager, Middle East.

Hilton HHonors is one of the world's most comprehensive frequent guest programmes with over 2100 participating hotels and has partnerships with international airline, car rental and cruise companies. Guests are rewarded for their loyalty with gifts and advantages, including Double Dipping(TM) which allows members to earn both HHonors points and airline miles for the same stay - the only hotel chain in the world to offer this service.

'The exclusive Double Dipping formula is unique to Hilton world-wide and is great news for frequent travellers as it is even quicker to save points and miles that can be redeemed for free stays, holiday breaks and flights,' added Stuart.
