The prestigious "Toyota Award for Overall Excellence" and "Toyota Award for Excellence in Customer Service" trophies were awarded to Mr. Mohammed Kanoo, President of Ebrahim K. Kanoo, as well as Mr. Fuad K. Kanoo, vice president and Mr. Ismail Akbar, Executive General Manager - Sales.
The awards were presented by Mr. Yokoi, Managing Officer of Toyota Motor Company, in a special ceremony hosted in Toyota Showroom in Sitra on Sunday 26th April 2009.
Also during the ceremony, The Distribution Agreement between the Toyota Motor Corporation and Ebrahim K. Kanoo was signed for renewal.
Before the award ceremony, Mr. Yokoi was taken to the construction site of "Toyota Plaza", Ebrahim K. Kanoo's state of the art project, which is expected to be one of the biggest and most advanced automotive projects in the Middle East and represents a one stop shop for all Toyota and Lexus users in kingdom of Bahrain.
Mr. Yokoi also visited the construction site of the new Lexus showroom that will open later this year. The showroom design will have the same beauty and superiority that make Lexus the unique brand it is, and it is intended to be a landmark in Bahrain and around the Gulf.
