- PRESS RELEASE
'GITEX 2000 was big step for Compaq. This GITEX Compaq had not one, but two exhibition stands due to the increased demand for Internet services and solutions.
Compaq's Global Services stand in Hall 6 of GITEX has received enormous interest in telecommunications, call centre, CRM and business intelligence solutions from enterprise customers from around the region. With the move towards eBusiness, security solutions have also been a great focus. We've been delighted in the level of interest shown from visitors in the expertise and services that Compaq has to offer."
Georges Cassir, managing director, Compaq Computer Middle East, Mediterranean and Africa (MEMA).
