George Betz one of the show's organisers said' This year, as in previous years, we will be showcasing properties from over 20 countries from around the world, including Australia, Barbados, Bulgaria, Brazil, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, England, France, India, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Pakistan, Panama, Thailand, Romania, Spain, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Switzerland, UAE, USA.

Many of our regular exhibitors are coming along with several new clients to Dubai and there are some unbelievable deals available at this year's show.'

In addition, the show is hosting for the first time an auction run by Sherwoods Independent Property Consultants, one of the UAE's leading real estate companies. A wide variety of properties from the UAE will be going under the hammer.

Also featuring for the first time will be the Property which enables owners to advertise properties for sale of for rent directly to potential buyers and tenants. Property owners are invited to bring along to the show details and pictures of their properties; these will be posted on the Property Wall during the show.

'With a number of expats looking to buy back home or abroad, the show comes at an opportune moment,'

Betz said.
