SIB launches Nebrass

Sharjah Islamic Bank announced the launch of "Nebrass", an integrated phone banking service which offers breakthrough services and immediate response to requests and queries at anytime and from anywhere.
Jassem Al Baloushi, Head of e-channels, Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), stated that the launch of the enhanced phone banking services "Nebrass", comes within the framework of our keenness to provide excellent services to customers, in line with the strategy of Sharjah Islamic Bank, which seeks to achieve excellence through the highest quality standards in the area of customer service.
He further clarified that "Nebrass" enables customers to inquire about account balance, credit cards and funds at any time and from anywhere. In addition to obtaining full information on account transaction history, request statement by fax, account to account transfer, payment of Zakat and charity, and the payment of utility bills (SEWA, DEWA, Etisalat and more). In addition to information about profit and foreign exchange rates, information-related to banking products and services. Customers can also update personal information and activate or deactivate bank cards and many more.
Al Baloushi said that the phone banking service of Sharjah Islamic Bank was launched under the name "Nebrass", which has several meanings that signify excellence and uniqueness in providing the best services to customers.
Jassem Al Baloushi added that "Nebarass" service is considered one of the key services that seek to satisfy customers, providing accessible service and easy registration, as we bring our services to their fingertips, just pick up the phone and contact the toll-free 800-SIB (742) and you will be guided through the registration steps. Service is available in both Arabic and English languages to provide a variety of options for our valued clients.
The Head of e-channels at Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), appealed to customers to signup for "Nebrass" service at the earliest to take advantage of the available options. He clarified that customers who are already registered in the phone banking service need to change the PIN number to be included within the all-new enhanced system that will include a number of advanced services in the near future.
It is worth mentioning that Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has won the prestigious Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award and the Dubai Quality Award for 2008. While in previous years, SIB also won several awards including Sharjah Economic Excellence Award, Human Resources Award for Banking Sector, and Recognition Award for highest Emiratization ratio among GCC countries.
