The move will raise its existing client base from 70 countries to 75, with 5 countries from Africa and Latin America being added.

Mr. Salih Nasir Al Sorayai, Managing Director of Al Sorayai Trading Industrial Group, said:
"We regard our company as successful and distinguished, and unlike others, we are not all about asset management. Al Sorayai Group is deeply rooted in the market, and we are able to stand against any challenges with our vast experience, as we offer products suited to the norms and traditions of its intended destinations."

After entering the African market through Algeria, Al Sorayai Group began this year's growth strategy by expanding to Ecuador in Latin America, and it won't stop there.

"We are committed to compete with the foreign industries based upon current variables. Since its inception, our group has managed a production rate of 4 million square meters annually. Today it amounts to a total of 75 million square meters annually. This is due to our company being deeply rooted in the carpet manufacturing industry, with offices in a number of countries, including Belgium, the U.S., China, and the U.K. We aim to raise our client base to 100 countries," added Al Sorayai.

Al Sorayai is preparing to launch a new brand to its marketing arm, in line with its increased production, the adoption of new technologies, and the big returns the company achieved at the end of 2008. The Group has also achieved an increase of 20% in returns during the first quarter of 2009, compared to the same period during 2008.

Al Sorayai recently ended its participation in the Domotex Dubai 09 carpet expo, where it showcased the latest technologies in carpet manufacturing, including the new Chromo-Jet color printers. Al Sorayai was praised by exhibition visitors for its top-notch, high quality products and designs, proficient staff, and the group's ability to overcome all obstacles.
