William Russell wins 'Best International Private Health Group Award'

This is the second time in three years that William Russell has won the award, seeing off competition from leading international private medical insurance companies.

William Russell was also a finalist in the 'Best International Provider Middle East and Africa' category, despite being relatively new to the region through their partnership with Dubai Insurance Company.

William Russell impressed the judges with efforts to increase their presence in the Middle East that were well structured and demonstrated a firm commitment to developing meaningful partnerships in the region, according to the judges.

James Cooper, Sales Director, William Russell says, "The International Investment Fund and Product Awards are the only awards devoted to acknowledging the achievements of the offshore financial services industry and recognise the highest standards of performance and achievement."

Overall, the judges were looking for a group offering a well-balanced range of products, who offers excellent service and support to distributors and target markets, demonstrates commitment to the international market, high levels of staff training, displays innovation, good use of technology and excellent access to information and products. The judges felt that William Russell's entry displayed an extremely high level of service and support, and were impressed with their attention to product development.
