Mr. Ahmed Mahboub Musabih said:
"Dubai Customs Electronic Archive system is an easy to use electronic board which functions to best serve the needs and requirements of the division now and in the future. It is considered one of the international electronic techniques implemented to manage and register documents using the Livelink ECM program for scanning and creating a database of organizing documents. E-archive reduces the amount of paperwork, saves space in offices and reduces costs of transferring and moving documents."
He added: "Abu Dhabi Customs delegation's visit is part of the cooperation policy of sharing experiences and Modus Operandi among all Customs Divisions in the UAE, in order to be updated with the most recent practices which will eventually be reflected on serving the community and the country."
The delegation paid a visit to Al Aweer archive at Dubai Customs Administration to learn about the phases of the E-archive project and its mechanism.
