KFH-Bahrain opens Muharraq branch

Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) announced today the opening of a new branch in Muharraq, bringing the bank's nationwide network to a total of 8 branches.

Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat, the Managing Director and CEO of KFH-Bahrain officially inaugurated the Muharraq branch yesterday evening in the presence of senior bank officials and a number of VIPs and officials at the Muharraq Governate.

Mr. Alkhayyat said

"We are extremely pleased with the opening of our new branch in the Muharraq, underscoring the bank's commitment to meeting the growing needs of its customers across the country. With a steady focus on our already robust retail operations, KFH-Bahrain will continue to expand its branches network and maintain its current position of being a solid and trusted financial institution, with a growing customer base, strong deposits and sterling overall performance. The requirements of our clients, shareholders and other stakeholders is our first priority"


Mr. Khalid Rafea, Executive Manager and Head of Banking Group at KFH-Bahrain commented on the opening saying, "This is another clear declaration of KFH-Bahrain's unwavering commitment to both expanding our already extensive branch network and to enhancing convenience for our highly valued and widespread customer base within the Kingdom."

"Our branches strategically located in high density areas such as commercial areas, business hubs and residential communities. In order to completely stay in line with our strategy of always being close to our customers, we have established outlets in diversified areas in order to fully assist our entire customer base," Mr Rafea added.

"This opening reflects our positive outlook on the Kingdom's economy" he added.

"The opening of the new branch in Muharraq makes banking with KFH-Bahrain easier and more convenient for customers who live and work in this area. We are especially pleased to note that the Muharraq branch is a stand alone building with ample parking space and state of the art facilities."

The bank's customer-friendly style will once again be evident at the new location which offers a diverse array of retail products including 24 hour ATM (deposit, withdrawal and bill payments).

"While the bank will continue to provide innovative customer care solutions, including its Electronic Banking channels and its call center, our focus this year is on increasing the number of branches we operate," he said.

The Muharraq branch is located in the Busaiteen area, where it offers its services to its clients on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30am to 1pm and on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30am to 3pm.
