BT's Quick Start services available in Middle East and North Africa

BT announced today immediate availability of its Quick Start portfolio of services in countries of the Middle East and North Africa.

The wide portfolio provides solutions in the areas of managed network services, Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC), solutions in the areas of business continuity
and security as well as contact centre efficiency.

For example, BT's UCC Quick Start range of services empowers employees to collaborate more efficiently with suppliers, customers, business associates and their colleagues within the business, regardless of location.

Quick Start services enable organisations to understand how efficiently their organisations are performing in given areas. They identify, prioritise and structure potential improvement areas, review the associated costs and quantify the business benefits.

Organisations can rapidly discover which best practices and technology options can support a strategy for achieving an industry-leading customer-facing, highly efficient operation.
