ACCA's Approved Employer Programme supports organisations in reaching global best practice in the provision of learning and development opportunities for ACCA trainees and members.
As part of the programme, employers whose training schemes meet ACCA's rigorous criteria can become ACCA Approved Employers under the professional development stream, and are rewarded with access to a range of tools and services to help implement their development programmes.
At the award presentation, Jawad Habib, Senior Partner of BDO Jawad Habib, said:
"We are honored that an organization as prestigious as ACCA has recognized the high standards of training and development which BDO Jawad Habib provides to its students, who must continue to study throughout their careers."
Granting of this status ensures that ACCA members who participate in BDO Jawad Habib's training schemes will automatically meet ACCA's CPD requirements, and are not required to track their own CPD individually. CPD is the process by which accountants keep their skills and knowledge continuously updated, after qualifying.
Mr. Jawad Habib added: "This significant accolade is a big responsibility and will challenge us to maintain the highest quality of support and commitment to our training and development, as we strive to produce internationally competitive students."
