Dilithium Networks' CTO to speak at Arabcom International Telecom Summit 2009

Dr. Jabri's speech on "Video Traffic Optimization" will take place between 17:00-18:30 on Thursday 28th May at the Habtoor Grand Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon.
