Dubai Internet City partners with MECOM for third successive year

The three-day event that opened today (25 May) at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) has drawn DIC's sponsorship for the third consecutive year. The conference has gathered over 200 leading suppliers and features 30 presentations and seven industry specific forums.

Malek Sultan Al Malek, Executive Director of Dubai Internet City, said: "The current economic climate has required many companies to modify their business strategies. MECOM 2009 focuses on sourcing next generation communications technology and solutions for the government, healthcare, hospitality, banking and finance, public sector, oil and gas, real estate, retail, manufacturing, logistics, and media sectors.
