Durrat Al Bahrain exhibits at the International Qatar Real Estate and Investment Exhibition

Durrat Al Bahrain announced that it will be exhibiting at the fourth International Qatar Real Estate and Investment Exhibition to be held in Doha at the New Qatar International Exhibition Centre.

The Qatar exhibition is considered to be the second biggest property exhibition in the GCC region, with more than 35,000 attendees expected.

The exhibition will attract real estate professionals and investors from across the region and the world to consider the latest real estate trends and investment opportunities in Qatar and the regional market.

Commenting on the exhibition, Jassim Al Jowder, CEO of Durrat Al Bahrain, said,

"Durrat Al Bahrain always attracted investors In Qatar due to its unique lifestyle and the attractive investment opportunity it offers. In addition, its location just off the south coast of Bahrain will offer easy access from Qatar with the completion of the Bahrain-Qatar causeway in the next few years. We've achieved considerable progress since we last exhibited in Doha, and we will be updating visitors on all the latest developments, including how the first phase of home owners are now moving into their luxury island based villas."

Durrat Al Bahrain is owned by the Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain Company, in which the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain each hold a 50% stake. Durrat Al Bahrain, a 21 km area of pristine waters and untouched beaches, once complete, is expected to be approximately the size of Manama, Bahrain's capital city.
