Mobil 1 exclusive sponsor of Automech 2009

The 14th Automech will take place between June 4 -8, 2009 at the Cairo International Fair Ground. Mobil 1 and Automech's partnership was cemented with the signing of an exclusive sponsorship agreement between ExxonMobil Egypt and ACG-ITF (the organizers of the Automech exhibition) in a five-year deal starting in 2007.

This is the third year running that Mobil 1 is the exhibition's sole official sponsor, in a sponsorship agreement which reflects Mobil 1's commitment to the exhibition and to the auto industry in Egypt.

Set on 40,000 square meters of exhibit space with 400 exhibitors and 500,000 expected visitors, the event will be opened by Egyptian government officials, decision makers and VIPs. Exhibitors will include companies supplying all types of vehicles, service station equipment and spare car parts and accessories. The growth of this year's Automech reflects the growth of the automotive industry as a whole, which in 2007 was one of Egypt's fastest growing industries.
