With the appointment of Bin Sabt Building Contracting Company, along with Belhasa Contracting and Engineering Company (BHECC), as the two preferred contractors for the Dubai Lagoon project, Schon Properties is confident that construction will proceed according to schedule and can focus on moving towards completion of the entire Dubai Lagoon community.
Bin Sabt Building Contracting Company has been active in the UAE construction industry since 1973 and has successfully completed many large residential, commercial and high rise buildings, luxury villas, warehouses and schools.
Led by a highly qualified and experienced senior management team, Bin Sabt Building Contracting Company is currently working on a number of projects throughout Dubai and Sharjah. The building permits have only recently been transferred to Bin Sabt and already there is a new upbeat approach to the project.
Belhasa Contracting and Engineering Company (BHECC) is one of Dubai's most reputable and reliable building contractors, and has undertaken a wide range of construction projects including 5 star hotels, mosques, multi-storey residential complexes, government buildings, shopping malls, multipurpose indoor sports halls, auditoriums, schools and office blocks.
Some of BHECC's projects have included construction of 200 residential units in the Green Community, 10 office blocks as well as the 48 storey Salam Tower in Dubai Media City, Mövenpick Hotel (Holiday Inn) in Oud Metha and three, 50-storey mixed-used buildings in Cluster-X of Jumeirah Lake Towers, among numerous other large-scale projects.
