New graduates will be working on real time projects of Eskadenia and provided with professional training to fit the market requirements.
"Jordan's Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (MoICT) has recently launched the Graduates Internship Programme whereby the government of Jordan subsidises a certain percentage of newly employed graduates' salary in addition to providing those graduates with soft skills training. A synergy has been created; now we have a leading software enterprise, that is Eskadenia, a university with outstanding technology and focus on human resources, that is PSUT, and an organised governmental support focused on training and finding jobs to new graduates - a practical example of co-operation between government, academia and the private sector,"
explained Ms. Doha Abdelkhaleq, Executive Director at Eskadenia Software.
