From D'Fusion's wide range of gastronomic creations, the Galavati Kabab, Mexican Bhel, and bite-sized Gulab Jamuns have become the most frequently requested and synonymous with the name of the restaurant, because of the innovative touches devised by the chef. The Fusion Five, the restaurant's resident band, have added enormous value to the dining experience, giving customers a pleasing musical backdrop while they enjoy their favorite meals. Other than the ability to sing popular tunes from five different languages, the group also encourages guests to make requests, providing forms to each table.
Amin Rajwani, Director, Grandeur Hotel, said:
"Dubai boasts one of the world's best series of dining options and massive varieties of flavors from the world, largely representing the demographic break-up of the city. Our aim was to create a flavor of our own by combining classic Indian cuisine with global tastes. It's very encouraging to see that the outlet we once envisioned is not only up and running, but has managed to find a strong and exclusive standing among the town's quality dining destinations."
Apart from its food and entertainment offerings, D'Fusion offers guests a full service bar with signature cocktails, alcohol-infused golas (an Indian take on shaven ice desserts), and a tasteful selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages, specifically those that complement dinner choices featured at the restaurant.
Grandeur Hotel was launched last October and is conveniently located in Al Barsha, behind Mall of the Emirates, with easy access to a large number of Dubai's business hubs, entertainment venues and residential areas. The hotel is especially focused toward F&B offerings, and aside from D'Fusion also houses a hip sports bar, Spirals, and a continental 24-hour restaurant, La Rez.
