Al Qasba develops its Business Centre with aims to create the ideal entertainment and business destination

As the first integrated business solutions centre in the Emirate of Sharjah, the centre aims to provide all the necessary requirements for various companies and businesses.

Located in Al Qasba, the Business Centre includes fully furnished offices and an equipped meeting room with staff dedicated to cater for business needs ranging from copying and printing to hotels and travel arrangements.

The centre also offers everyday business requirements, from cutting edge communication systems to secretarial services, and is equipped with the latest techniques needed along with usual office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners that facilitate the completion of the work quickly.

Al Qasba has also facilitated the centre with a state of the art communications system and an advanced (IP Telephony), which has several advantages such as providing the opportunity to communicate through free Internet access, fax services, voicemail services, and call transfers along with other benefits.

Commenting on this subject, Mr. Ahmed Al Qaseer, Business Development Director at Al Qasba Development Authority, said:

The centre is currently offering a wide range of secretarial and reception services, where Al Qasba staff is welcoming the guests, and assisting in converting all the messages and comments directly to customers, in addition to responding to the clients' phone calls.

The staff is also handling many of the administrative tasks such as printing, copying and assisting in the completion of travel bookings, hotels, transport and postal services.

Al Qasba has also revealed that additional services will be included in the centre such as providing the necessary support to complete the transactions of companies, and providing legal advice services at reduced rates through the law firm contracted with the Business Centre.
