Alfa boosts its offers and presents new privileges to its subscribers

Alfa, the Lebanese mobile operator managed since February 1, 2009 by Orascom, leader mobile operator in the Mena region and South Africa, announced that since May 30, 2009 all its prepaid subscribers are able to make calls and send SMS during the grace period instead of only receiving them as per by the old system.
It is worth mentioning that, since April 3, 2009, Alfa has cut down the cost of the GPRS service. Consequently, all Alfa's postpaid subscribers are benefitting from the new prices.
It is worth noting that, since April 8, 2009, the cost of MMS messages sent via prepaid cards is fixed at a very low price.
In parallel to the new offers that were introduced lately, Alfa has also launched an extensive upgrading and modernization process including the installation of new base transmission stations all over Lebanon.
