Mannai receives yet another award for excellence

It comes on the back of recently received accolades for Fleet Excellence, Service Excellence and Customer Relationship Management.

The company has been responsible for launching a wide range of GM vehicles into the Qatari market, combining Mannai Trading's 'customer-first' approach with an excellent after sales network.

Khalid Youssef, Mannai's Parts Departmental Manager, explained that the programme was designed by GM to reward the best performing Parts Department across all Middle Eastern dealers.

"It measures a set of eight Key Performance Indicators which cover all the functional areas related to Parts Operation, including Sales Growth, Customer Satisfaction and Inventory Management," Youssef said.

"Mannai puts quality and customer satisfaction at the very front of everything it does, and this award recognises all that we have been able to achieve in making the parts and inventory process second to none. We are delighted to have been given this award, and will continue to ensure that we set the benchmark for others to follow," he added.
