Philippines ambassador inaugurates new Philipino Tahweel Al Rajhi remittance center in Riyadh

Al Rajhi Bank, the market leader in remittance business in the Kingdom, has opened its first Tahweel Al Rajhi remittance center specially catering for Filipino customers.
Following the ribbon cutting ceremony the Ambassador toured the center and interacted with staff. He expressed his satisfaction with the special services being provided to the Filipino community.
To celebrate the opening of the new center, Tahweel Al Rajhi is running a 2 month promotion, which gives customers the chance to win exciting prizes such as round trip airline tickets to Manila, IPods, Mobile phones and free money transfers for a whole year.
Tahweel Al Rajhi leverages on its direct relationships with four major banks in the Philippines: BDO/EPCI Bank; Metro Bank; Bank of the Philippine Islands; and the Philippines Land Bank. Together these banks constitute the largest network of bank branches, covering the country and enabling remittances to be sent and received with utmost efficiency.
In addition, Tahweel Al Rajhi has recently partnered with Trans-Fast Remittance LLC as part of its continuous development plan. Mr. Hazem Elhagrasey Head of Tahweel Al Rajhi explained how this will allow instant Cash-to-Cash remittances to be sent to the Philippines with the lowest fees in the market for such a service.
Trans-Fast has over 6,000 instant cash payout locations in the Philippines including the networks of both M.Lhuillier and Cebuana Lhullier pawn shops. The cash to cash service includes special SMS features such as notification to the beneficiary once funds are available and SMS to the remitter once the payment is made, both at no extra cost.
