Al Mazyona daily prize draws help BankMuscat build up customer relations

Further extending the participatory role of customers and thereby livening up al Mazyona prize draws, the Bank now invites a select group of customers to prize draws hosted at their respective branches.

The invitee customers are given the honours to pick daily winners of the all-new al Mazyona savings scheme and Double Your Salary scheme, which have whipped up great excitement in view of the daily high value prizes.

Positioning al Mazyona as a scheme 'for the public, by the public' BankMuscat recently invited select customers to Baushar branch to witness and participate in the draw programme. Saada Mohammed Al Harthy, Regional Manager, Central Capital, and Nasser Saif al Nadabi, Branch Manager, took the opportunity to mingle with the guests who conducted the daily draws.

"The occasion served to strengthen the bond between the Bank and customers, offering them a firsthand experience of the mechanics of the draw. The friendly interaction elicited strong appreciation of the Bank's products and services, notably the savings schemes offering rewarding daily prizes," Nasser Saif al Nadabi said.

The daily draws of al Mazyona and Double Your Salary schemes reflect the Bank's promise of daily fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of the largest banking family in Oman.

The all-new al Mazyona savings scheme operates on the basic principle of rewarding customers daily by giving chances to win 10 times more. The scheme, applicable on all official working days, functions at two levels with one daily cash prize.

The Double Your Salary scheme entitles customers maintaining a salary account with the Bank to win daily a free bonus salary. There are no pre-conditions relating to minimum balance attached to the scheme, except that the salary must be transferred to any BankMuscat branch in Oman.

All existing and new customers who transfer their salary to BankMuscat get a daily chance to double their salary through the new bonus salary prize. While customers may earn their salary only once a month, with BankMuscat they now have a chance to win an additional bonus salary on all Bank working days.
