Closely integrated with Nucleus' FinnOne CAS (Customer Acquisition System), LMS (Loan Management System) and Collections & Delinquency Management, already implemented at UFC, FinnOne Lead Management System and FinnOneTM Customer Service Module will provide a system driven process and enhanced customer service. The Single Sign On (SSO) implemented will be used to access FinnOne TM CAS, LMS, Collections, Lead Management and Customer Service Module through one screen.
FinnOne Lead Management System will facilitate lead tracking and closure in a systematic, transparent and controlled environment, allowing for real-time lead movement.
FinnOne Customer Service Module will help the financial institution to collaborate better among all its stakeholders through multiple communication modes, enabling execution of a customer-centric business strategy by integrating the front and back office.
