Six Sigma Green Belt course in Dammam

MEQMP organized a UK accredited Six Sigma Green Belt course by ASCB in Dammam last week.
Delegates were delighted with the course and ready to peruse with the next level which is the Black Belt Certification.
Senior Managers of different local and multinational companies joined this session of four days. The four-day Green Belt certification program provided an understanding of each step in the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology and many of the associated analysis tools. This program combines lecture, class exercises, case studies, and team exercises.
Trainer was Mr. KK Singh who has conducted scores of training programs and trained more than a thousand professionals in Six Sigma. He has multi-industry exposure (manufacturing and services sectors) and has been into Business Improvement roles as a consultant, auditor and trainer.
All participants who complete the program successfully (clearing the test on fourth day), shall be certified by ASCB UK.
