The meeting hailed licensees from Jordan, Morocco, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Kuwait, Turkey, Oman, Libya, India and UAE. Tom Kelley, Executive Director Global Franchise Operations & Development from the corporate office in Tulsa, USA, also has paid a visit to the country to discuss industry insights and issues alike.

Licensees were judged based on turnover and profits, asset allocation, innovation, sales growth and market share, customer satisfaction and service development.
