One of Qatar's major projects offering creative residential and commercial solutions outside Doha, the QR1.5bn, 400,000 sqm Barwa Village includes multi-use facilities featuring residential, accommodating over 1500 individuals, and commercial units with a capacity visitors of more than 13,000 individuals.
Announced in November 2008, Barwa Village represents the creation of Qatar's first integrated urban community and construction will be completed in just 15 months with tenants taking residence in the first quarter of 2010.
Barwa will give priority to tenants who currently occupy areas due to be evacuated in the city of Doha, in particular Mohamed Bin Jassim Area (Phase 1, A1 & B1) in Mousharib. To provide the highest standards of services possible to beneficiaries of Barwa Village project, Barwa Property, a subsidiary of Barwa Real Estate, opened clients services center located in Al Owaina Building behind Qatar National Museum - 8th floor, in addition, to its newly launched call center "459 55 99" to attend to all enquiries. Barwa Property Clients Services Office welcomes beneficiaries for reservation applications from Monday 14 June till Tuesday 30 June 2009 from 9:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. Beneficiaries from Mohamed Bin Jassim Area (Phase 1, A1 & B1) in Mousharib should provide the following verification documents:
1- Photocopy of ID card
2- Photocopy from CR
3- Photocopy from lease contract
4- Electricity & water bill
5- Certified Cheque for 2 months lease
Applications for all tenants of Mohamed Bin Jassim Area, Mousarib (all Phases) will reopen from Sunday 5th to Wednesday 29th of July. Registration Applications, along all verification documentations, must be submitted to Barwa Property Customer Services Office as mentioned above.
Tenancy contracts will be signed at later date according to the Barwa Village transfer strategy which aims to meet the demands and needs of occupants in areas under redevelopment.
