Al-Zanki: Internal and external leadership skills are vital components to leading in challenging times

Leaders Enterprises, Kuwait's renowned professional life-skills coaching expert, announced today that its upcoming "Leadership Influence" seminar, which is set to take place between the 14th-16th of June will highlight different strategies that will enable business leaders build more confidence in order to face any challenge.

Corporate consultant, trainer and coach Tom McCarthy, along with the prominent Kuwaiti trainer and coach, Khalid Al-Zanki will help attendees learn their primary leadership styles and then identify how to use additional ones for increased effectiveness. These styles that help in gaining effective results are coercive, coaching, people first, being democratic, having a distinct vision, and becoming a pacesetter.
