Under the agreement, u concept will operate the entire podium roof consisting of approximately 21,500 square feet of One Business Bay, for recreational, beauty as well as food and beverage offerings.

This area will form the cornerstone of the One Business Bay OYSTER, and Omniyat lifestyle initiative which stands for Offices Yielding Superior Targets through Efficiency and Relaxation.
