Sakana conducts training to empower employees

Sakana Holistic Housing Solutions (a 50:50 joint venture between BBK and Shamil Bank) recently conducted a training workshop on organisational and personal development entitled "Achievers".

The two-day workshop held at the Elite Suites, Sanabis was facilitated by Professor Husain H. Rangwala, Founder/Director of A.I.M. Worldwide.

The aim of the workshop was to enhance employee performance based on a vibrant organizational culture and to further increase Sakana's attractiveness as the employer of choice.

The interactive workshop covered topics such as: work effectiveness; attitudinal change; effective time management; goal setting and achieving; interpersonal relationships; stress management; communication and team building through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Mr R Lakshmanan, CEO of Sakana said:
