The aim of the workshop was to enhance employee performance based on a vibrant organizational culture and to further increase Sakana's attractiveness as the employer of choice.
The interactive workshop covered topics such as: work effectiveness; attitudinal change; effective time management; goal setting and achieving; interpersonal relationships; stress management; communication and team building through neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
