Barwa introduce Balanced Score Card training to ensure long term success

As part of the company's 2009 Training & Development Plan, Barwa is staging the 4-day intense brainstorming course at Doha Sheraton Hotel and Resort for Managers, Head of Sections, HR and T&D Managers, and Supervisors starting Sunday 17 May.

'Balanced Scorecard' is a proven international performance management tool used for measuring whether a company's small-scale operations are aligned with its larger-scale objectives in terms of vision and strategy.

By focusing on financial, operational, marketing and other areas, Balanced Scorecard provides a comprehensive view of Barwa's business, in turn helping the company achieve the best long-term results for shareholders, employees and the State of Qatar.

Barwa's 'Balanced Scorecard' training course is being delivered on behalf of Osool Company by respected international business consultant Dr. Nader Ghazal (Ph.D, M.Sc), President of Total Quality Consultants International whose memberships include the American Association for Cost Engineers, Lebanese Order of Engineers and the Arab Society for Management.
