Better Homes, the region's largest real estate agency, is hosting a special Open Day on The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence, this Saturday, 13th June, promoting a plethora of special deals to potential buyers and tenants.

"We are inviting Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants and Developers to this one-day event, to promote unmatched offers of over 40 specially discounted offers" said Jannie Biddulph, Sales Manager, Better Homes' JBR Office. "It is a great time to promote discounted properties given both the positive signs of a return of confidence to the market as well as in line with mass promotions from Dubai Summer Surprises".

Better Homes has worked hard with Sellers and Landlords to negotiate discounted prices of inventory for both sales and leasing units offered in the lead up to its Summer Sale Bonanza.

"Along with our discounted inventory, we'll have a team of expert consultants available to discuss and negotiate options on a range of offers from zero commission for Buyers, multiple cheques for Tenants, and free utilities on great properties throughout Dubai",

added Biddulph.

"This is a special event as properties for both sale and lease will be drastically reduced, and if a potential Buyer or Tenant is not convinced with a price offered, then a client is welcome to 'Make an Offer' on any of the units promoted at the Summer Sale Bonanza, setting up direct negotiation with the Seller or Landlord".
