Umniah hosts employee gathering at Dead Sea

Within its efforts to enhance the relationship between its management and employees, Umniah, the growing telecom service provider in Jordan, organized an employee event that brought together all the company's employees and management for the first time since the return of Mr. Ihab Hinnawi to the Umniah team as CEO.

The event took place at the Marriott hotel in the Dead Sea in order to instigate an active dialogue between Umniah's employees and management on the future plans and strategies of the company.

The event presented a unique opportunity for Umniah's employees to get acquainted with the policies that the new management will be adopting, and to take part in the company's future vision building on Umniah's numerous achievements.

The event also incorporated valuable contributions from the directors and management team who presented some of their professional work methods.

A focus was also placed on the employees' important role not only in creating a strong base for the company, but also in leading the company to its advanced position in the market at record time.

Commenting on the event, Mr. Hinnawi said:
"We are extremely pleased with this team building exercise, which we are hoping to host on a regular basis in light of the positive impact it has on the company and all its employees. The event confirms our family spirit and highlights the vast capabilities of our team, which we believe is one of the foundations of our success."

"We at Umniah are extremely proud of our ability to retain loyal personnel and continuously motivate them, especially at a time where the majority of sectors are facing economic difficulties. We are in the process of expanding our employee base through the recruitment of qualified human resources that are motivated to carrying us forward and fulfilling our objectives to expand and serve the growing needs of the Jordanian market through the provision of a comprehensive package of services and unique solutions," added Mr. Hinnawi.

The event included some entertainment activities and contests whereby gifts were given to Umniah's exceptional employees.
