- PRESS RELEASE
Interactive Limited, a leading Dubai Internet City based Internet application developer and a dominant regional player in the industry, will be part of the DIC community pavilion at GITEX 2002 where they will showcase their own dynamic proprietary website solution, Weblisher.
A web-based solution developer, with expertise in developing applications for government departments and financial institutions, Interactive built the fully automated, bilingual portal (www.dubaided.gov.ae); one of the first e-government initiatives launched by the Dubai government in addition to the more recently completed Dubai Police intranet system.
"As the first tenant of Dubai Internet City, we have always believed in the vision and need for an IT hub in the region. Our participation in the DIC GITEX pavilion is a further testimony to our continuing commitment towards strengthening this strategic partnership and we look forward to further association with this leading brand," says Ziad Tassabehji, Founder and CEO.
Visitors to the Interactive stand will be able to keep abreast of some of the latest web-based application development trends. The presentations and demos will showcase the latest products and applications recently completed for some of the key government departments and commercial enterprises in the region.
Since the company's launch in 1996, Interactive has focused on web-based bespoke application development, continuously refining their services while staying at the forefront of the Internet's rapid evolution. Today Interactive has acquired the knowledge, domain expertise, and resources to deliver solutions for the specific needs of regional governmental departments as well as medium to large-scale enterprises and financial institutions.
Interactive's stand will also offer important information in the rapidly growing business performance management applications. Interactive Limited has recently forged a strategic alliance with ProClarity (www.proclarity.com) to deliver enterprise-integrated, scalable analytic application software. ProClarity solutions are fully integrated with the Microsoft platform and office productivity tools and can be delivered in record time and budget.
Through its association with Hyperion (www.hyperion.com), another global leader in business performance management, Interactive offers solutions that help corporate executives, primarily in the financial sector, set goals, model and plan performance, monitor and report key results, analyze underlying business drivers and anticipate future performance of core business activities.
Winner of Microsoft 'E-Commerce Solution Partner of the Year 2001', Interactive believes in being exceptional in the areas of quality, service and value. "Our principal goal is to develop solutions that meet and exceed all the needs of our clients and their respective customers," says Ziad. "Interactive has an alliance programme that allows us to recommend and implement services best suited to a client's individual objectives and needs, because we are able to use the most appropriate technologies, tools and services for each solution. Over the last five years, we have secured market alliances with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Oracle, NCR, Sun, Compaq, Symantec, Hyperion & Proclarity."
Having been a participant at GITEX in the previous years, Interactive believes that in addition to being a powerful marketing tool, the exhibition will allow the company to promote new technology, reach new customers, service existing markets, educate the market, assess the competition and generate new sales leads. "Being a part of the DIC pavilion will amongst other things provide Interactive access to quality visitors from government and leading enterprises, allowing us to demonstrate and answer questions of our key customers," Ziad concluded.
