Nasdaq Dubai: Damas recovers further

Shares of Dubai-based jewellery trading company Damas gained further, closing 7.14% higher at $0.30. With the start of the two months long shopping festval Dubai Summer Suprises (DSS) last Thursday, retailers hope that the market will pick up after a disastrous start of the year, which saw gold sales plummeting by half. Dubai Ports (DP) World shares lost one per cent and interior designer DEPA remained flat.
