MSFNCA holds workshop on coordination between Government and ministries

Presented by His Excellency Dr Saeed Al Ghufli, Executive Director of the MSFNCA, the workshop featured a detailed explanation on communication procedures followed between the ministries and the Federal National Council, as well as mechanisms to deal with subjects discussed within the FNC. Al Ghufli highlighted the ministry's mission and tasks concerning the coordination between the Government and FNC.

The workshop discussed the important role of the ministry in supervising the coordination issues including draft laws, questions and public subjects as well as FNC's requests and sharing of data with the council. The workshop clarified the role of legal advisors and coordinators in the ministries and the requirements to implement the procedures in the most efficient way.

His Excellency Tariq Lootah, Director General of the MSFNCA, stressed the need to have a defined line of coordination and communication between the MSFNCA and other ministries to strengthen institutional relations to deal more efficiently with issues put on the table and enhance the frameworks in place.

The workshop witnessed strong interaction between the MSFNCA and other representatives of the ministry who showed interest in identifying proper procedures to communicate their requests to the FNC through the MSFNCA. The MSFNCA was keen to clarify all issues and respond to the queries of the coordinators and legal advisors.
