Commenting on the extended opening hours, Mr. Sarvesh Sarup, Head of Retail at ADIB, said:
"We are aware that many of our customers work for extended hours, as well as having many commitments to fulfill outside of their job, hence, we have revised our mall based branch opening hours to reflect this trend. Extended branch opening hours in these locations is a clear indication that ADIB services are easier to access than ever before."
Mr. Sarup continued: "Our focus for 2009 is clear. We want to continue extending ADIB's domestic footprint at an optimum rate. We are further reinforcing our position to be accessible and available wherever our customer is. And this is only the beginning. ADIB will be opening more mall branches with extended working hours. We want to serve customers at their place and time of convenience."
