Prince Sattam honors Al Elm Company on the 13th Graduates Day

His Royal Highness Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz, Vice Governor of Riyadh Region , Has handed over to Al Elm Company - a leading Company in providing safe electronic solutions- a certificate of thanks and appreciation for the efforts of the Company and for its participation in the 13th Graduate and Employment Day which was held last week at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh.

This award comes as recognition and a support to Al Elm Company and their participation in this event in order to attract young trainees and graduates to prepare them to work for the Company, and also in recognition for the Company's continued support of Saudization and employment programs, and also in attracting qualified young Saudi cadres.

The certificate of thanks and appreciation was received by Mr. Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Arifi, the Financial and Administrative Director of Al Elm Company.

On this occasion, Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Arifi, the Financial and Administrative Director of Al Elm Company, said:
"We are pleased with this appreciation by His Royal Highness Prince Sattam bin Abdul Aziz, Vice Governor of Riyadh Region , indicating that the 13th graduate and employment Day is an opportunity for the Company to attract National talents to work in its various sections."


Al-Arifi stressed the importance of this event, which aims to support the Saudization program and provide an opportunity for various companies to meet graduate students from the Institute of Administration and job seekers within a dynamic environment through which the experiences and presentation skills of graduates are shown. In addition to discussing employment and training opportunities available in these companies."

Al-Arifi said: "Because we believe in the importance of mobilizing human and national competencies for the development of the Kingdom, and the success of Al Elm Company, we are keen from the onset to form a cornerstone in the Government's strategy for Saudization of jobs."

He added: "We are proud in Al Elm Company to make new achievements within our strategy which aimed at increasing the rate of Saudization. This ratio rose in all Departments of the Company to more than 70% by the end of 2008. The number of Saudi employees in the company is now more than 200 employees."

Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Arifi, the Financial and Administrative Director of Al Elm Company added: "These achievements substantiate our commitment to supporting Saudi Youth, and parallel to the accelerated growth in Al Elm Company, pointing out that the company has made significant achievements in leadership positions of the Company and saudization of also the medium posts during the last year."

Al-Arifi said that a large proportion of Saudis working in the company had attended training courses in the Training Section of the Company, the training courses focused on overhauling their skills in the areas of the Company's specializations such as customer service, technology, language and high creativity skills.

He explained that Al Elm Company has a clear strategy aimed to broaden the base of the staff in the Company through attracting, training and developing their skills and refining their abilities in order to prepare them in future to access leadership positions in the company, stressing that the Saudization of posts in Al Elm Company is a systematic and studied process which does not only aim to increase the number of citizens in proportion to the total number of staff in the company, but also to raise their efficiency.

He added: "The Saudization of positions in the Company has long been the priority in Al Elm Company, and perhaps the increase of the ratio of Saudis in the company to over 70%, testifies to the effectiveness and success of that policy.
We are attracting young Saudis, train and employ them to bear the responsibility and contribute effectively to the growth of the Company."
