At an event hosted recently by Al Eqtisadiyah newspaper in Riyadh under the auspices of HRH Prince Faisal Ibn Salman Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud, Chairman of the Saudi Research and Marketing Group, the top 10 Best Saudi Companies To Work For were announced. The companies took part in a survey that involved 15,000 employees from 70 national and international companies operating in various sectors in the Kingdom.

Al-Fozan pointed out that this achievement is due to the commitment of all the company's employees and KPMG's great trust in their ability. " Winning was not a fluke, as the company was also ranked in the top 5 in the 2007 survey".

"We have met many challenges since the time of our launch in Saudi Arabia, especially when it came to the employment of women," said Al-Fozan, "As we believe strongly in the role of women as a national necessity in the commercial sector, we ensured that women are given the chance to contribute their part and hired highly qualified Saudi females. We now have more than 30 female employees across our offices in the Kingdom."

Describing the work environment at the company as 'ideal', Tariq Al-Sadhan, Partner said the company's strategy in this area springs from its philosophy of constantly consulting its employees and listening to their input. This leads directly to new initiatives for the company's development.

"Winning this award is a result of the unique environment that the company provides for its employees," commented Al-Sadhan. "The company gives a great importance to constant communication between all employees through various means to ensure that everyone is well informed. The company also focuses on the continuous development and growth of Human Resources."

He added that "an open-door policy is one of the most important principles embraced by the company."
