    Damas hails Utopia's Notturno collection.
It expresses itself in a blend of white gold, South Sea pearls, Tahitian pearls and diamonds, to offer an enchanting pentagram of two varieties of long necklaces, a scarf necklace, chandelier earrings and rings.

"Utopia is a brand that celebrates the beauty of the South Sea pearl in hand-made jewels designed and inspired by the timeless charm of these living gems. Its concept is hand-made pieces with select certified pearls, dia-monds and natural stones. Part of its extravagant Baselworld 2008 launch, Notturno once again reiterates the design house's expertise and talent to simultaneously pay tribute to the beauty of the fabulous South Sea pearl and the woman who wears it,"
said Tawhid Abdullah, Managing Director, Damas Jewellery.

Harmony defines Notturno, reminding one of the beauties of a clear full moon night with the stars, out in full and dazzling display. It translates this imagery through marvellous South Sea and Tahitian pearls which play moon and diamonds that play the role of stars.

Its design element in this collection is a multi-tiered feature of tiny, white diamonds that coil themselves on either end of each South Sea or Tahitian pearl. Utopia then threads several of these striking designs with delicate links to form two varieties of long and glamorous necklaces guaranteed to put its wearer in the limelight, one featuring dazzling white South Sea pearls and the other eighteen, gradually shaded South Sea and Tahitian pearls.

In Notturno's very interesting scarf necklace it presents a long and delicate white gold chain highlighted by tiny diamond motifs on its length that dangles a long double pendant featuring two pearls - one white peerless South Sea pearl and one dramatic black Tahitian pearl - both encrusted on one end by the collection's design element, the multi-tiered diamond feature. This jewel's casual charm makes it the perfect corporate adornment or even as a daytime accessory.

Notturno's pair of chandelier earrings on the other hand is designed to sweep its wearer into the limelight! It is composed of a downturned tear-drop stud glittering with pave diamonds that 'drops' an extravagantly tiered white South Sea pearl. Beautiful and magnificent, it is the perfect jewel for the red carpet.

Coiling a temptation of no less dimension, is Notturno's ring which is designed to gradually wind itself around its wearer's finger in a white gold ring with alternate sections of pave diamonds, that blossoms into one large, sumptuous South Sea pearl.

Utopia was established in 1997 and is a jewellery brand from GAIA, a leader in the international market for over 60 years and purveyors of fine pearls and gemstones for the jewellery industry. The exclusivity of the collections is guaranteed by the refined aesthetics of its jewellery, the product of extensive research by its team of special-ized designers.

Utopia's other well known collection is 'Swing' with an unusual interplay of oval metallic links holding South Sea pearls and gems offering chains, bracelets and earrings. Its 'Gallerie' collection features bracelets and drop-earrings made from white gold incorporating pearls, diamonds and rare blue, gold and white berylls.

Capture the beauty of the heavens with Utopia's marvellous Notturno collection now available in Damas Les Exclusives Boutiques in Dubai.
