ENF is committed to providing its scholars with access to training and other educational opportunities since these ingredients are essential to the student's future success and employability. Additionally, ENF strongly believes in the importance of internships for students to gain real-world employment experiences.
Ms. Deena Kalimat Tugoz, Director of Elia Nuqul Foundation, commented,

Amr Sawalha, a Yarmouk University scholar commented, "We are fortunate that ENF is taking so much interest in our future well-being through the scholarships we have been given, and now, ENF wants to cultivate and strengthen our personal development to make sure that when we graduate, we have the skills needed to enter the job market."
Mrs. Samar Dudin facilitated the workshop for ENF scholarship recipients on Sunday, 14th of July at Nuqul Group Head Offices in Abdoun. The workshop was attended by representatives from Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans and JOHUD's Goodwill Campaign.
Guest speakers included Dr. Rami Al-Karmi, CEO of Shabakat Al Ordon, Ms. Nisreen Haj Ahmad from the Columbia University Middle East Research Center, Rabee' Zureikat, winner of the 2009 King Abdullah II Award for Youth Innovation and Achievement and founder of the Zikra Initiative, Mariam Abu Adas and Naseem Tarawneh, founders of 7iber.com, a citizenship media forum, and Mohammed Netham and Samar Al Hajjeh, Ruwwad - Jabal Al-Natheef youth volunteers.
