Dubai Knowledge Village highlights role of Partner Development Management at 4th Human Assets Expansion Middle East Congress

Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV), the region's premier destination for human resources management and a member of Tecom Investments, highlighted the role of Partner Development Management (PDM) in creating a platform to exchange knowledge and best practices, at the 4th annual Human Assets Expansion Middle East Congress in Dubai.
Launched in January 2007, Partner Development Management (PDM) aims to support business partners through fostering their interaction with the Tecom community as well as other industries, maximizing their exposure and visibility, and helping them reach their target market via building appropriate marketing channels.
Within 30 months, PDM has successfully conducted 158 workshops and seminars that have been attended by approximately 15,000 professionals. It has also launched initiatives such as the Business Sustainability and Support Centre to help companies based at Tecom Investments manage their operations during recessionary times, and the DKV Breakfast Club, one of the knowledge-cluster's signature events.
The Tecom SME Builder and the DKV Training Open Week are some of the other programmes spearheaded by Dubai Knowledge Village.
