Optimiza signs an international representative agreement with MPRI

Optimiza announced the signing of an international representative agreement with MPRI, one of the six companies of the L-3 Services Group, and a wholly owned subsidiary of the L-3 Corporation, a $15bn, Fortune 200 enterprise with headquarters in New York City and a regional office in Abu Dhabi.

The agreement was signed during a signing ceremony held on 10th June, 2009 in the Four Seasons hotel, Amman.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Rudain Kawar, Al-Faris National Investments/Optimiza Chairman, and His Excellency ex US Ambassador Robert Beecroft. The ceremony was attended by guests representing various members from the public and private sectors.

According to this agreement, Optimiza will represent MPRI in Jordan and potentially in the MENA region to provide local technical and support services.

MPRI has more than 6,000 employees around the world and is part of a network of L-3 Communications, with a 100,000 strong employee base. MPRI offers a comprehensive suite of capacity-building solutions in more than eighty countries.

MPRI's core competencies include institutional capacity-building; international development services (including water and energy technology); health sector and justice sector support; strategic, operational and crisis planning; leader development; education and training; strategic communications; and simulations technology.

As one of six companies of the L-3 Services Group, MPRI can draw on additional skills that include IT infrastructure management and operations support; independent verification and valuation; software engineering and integration; all-source intelligence support; and linguist services.

On this occasion, His Excellency ex Ambassador Robert Beecroft, said:
"I am delighted to be in Jordan again, and my strong relationship with Jordan made me realize that Optimiza is the best company capable of representing MPRI in the region."


His Excellency added, "I am optimistic about this partnership with one of the leading companies in the region, and look forward to great achievements together."
