National Air Service renewed its contract with NetJets

National Air Service (NAS), the provider of diversified aviation services in the region, has recently announced the renewal of its business unit's Net jets Middle East (NJME) regional representation with NetJets USA, the worldwide leader of Private jets fractional Ownership program.

Contract was renewed and signed on Wednesday June 10, 2009 in Riyadh - KSA and attended by Mr. Ayed Al-Jeaid - NAS Chairman, Mr. Sulaiman Bin Abdullah Al-Hamdan - NAS CEO and Mr. Vincent Santulli - Net jets USA Founder.

The renewal of the contract includes the continuation of NJME to offer the fractional & complete Private Jets ownership program in the Middle East. In addition, it shall continue to sell block hours and operate & manages Private Jets. NJME shall also provide Air Transportation to the USA & Europe through the close cooperation with NetJets USA giving its clients the benefit of using the NetJets Worldwide fleet.

NJME fleet includes midsize and large cabin aircraft accommodating from 6 to 18 passengers includes the finest jet aircraft such as Hawker, Falcon and (Gulfstream: one word). NJME offers its customers access to a world-wide fleet wherever they are in the world and allows them to focus on their destination, whether it's for business or pleasure.

Net jet USA is a global company with operations in the US, Europe and the Middle East. The company is considered to be the largest operator of business jets in the world and the Middle East with a fleet more than double the size of the next largest business jet operator and, remarkably, equivalent to the second largest commercial airline in the world. The global Net jets 'networked' fleet of aircraft currently consists of 781 aircraft with services covering over 173 countries.

National Air Services Group (NAS) was established in 1999 when Net jets-Middle East Program (NJME) was introduced in cooperation with Net jets-USA. Later on in 2001, Aircraft Management Services was established to provide customized management solutions for aircraft owners. It has signed management & operations contracts of over 66 governments, corporate and private aircraft. In 2007 respectively, NAS started its commercial operations through nasair the 1st Budget Airline carrier in KSA, nasair fleet has reached recently brand new 13 aircraft travelling to 13 domestic and 11 international destinations.
