Zain Bahrain participates in the Energy and Water Conservation Expo 2009
Zain Bahrain has added depth to its energy conservation and eco-sensitive initiatives by participating in the Energy and Water Conservation Expo 2009 which opened last Monday at the Bahrain International Exhibition Center.
The event, held under the patronage of H.E Eng. Fahmi bin Ali Al Jowder, The Minister of Work, The Minister In charge of Electricity & Water Authority, promised to focus on the latest technology for energy-efficient temperature control and lighting and new findings on designing solutions for tall buildings and vertical development.
"At Zain Bahrain, we believe that our work in the telecommunications sector is a significant contributor towards more energy-efficient lifestyles since it holds the key to telecommuting and time and energy-efficient work and play. We are very keen to develop a community perspective on this important topic since it touches all our lives and the future generations too and this support of the expo is our contribution to the cause,"

Handsets were provided as prizes from Zain Bahrain within the expo.
