Oite to organize Origin Oman show and Book Fair at Salalah Tourism Festival

Salalah Tourism Festival, the biggest and longest running event in the Dhofar region will kick off on July 15 until August 31 at the Municipality Fair Ground in Salalah, making it one of the most anticipated festivals of the year.
Oman International Trade and Exhibitions (OITE) will organize three mega events including the Shopping Fair, Book Fair and the Origin Oman Show, alongside the Salalah Tourism Festival.
The 'Shopping Fair' to be held from 15 July to 31 August. It will showcase a whole range of ethnic, exotic, innovative and trendy consumer, lifestyle and household products ranging from consumer electronics, apparels, artifacts, handicrafts, jewellery to silverware, watches, pottery, glassware, paintings, furnishing, giftware, food stuff, toys, stationery, flowers, leather products, crockery, bags and much more.
The Origin Oman Show will be held from 20-29 July, it will showcase a special platform designed to create awareness of the country's ingenuity and craftsmanship and increase the visibility of Omani products.
The show is aimed at encouraging residents to buy Omani products and avail of the quality services available in the country. For companies with little exposure to the local market, the Origin Oman show serves as a unique opportunity to penetrate the market.
The Book Fair, to be held from 5-31 August, it will aimed at promoting literature and products manufactured in the Sultanate, highlighting education and study options and showcase of literature, books and back to school requirements.
A tribute to the wealth and the Sultanate's rich traditions, heritage and culture, the Salalah Tourism Festival is set to capture the hearts of anyone visiting the region, providing business and leisure activities like no other.
