Man/Age appoints Jacqui McCumiskey as General Manager

Jacqui is a very experienced professional with over 15 years of managerial experience in the field of spa operations and her arrival at Man/Age will be a distinct advantage to the Soothe Group.

Jacqui began her career in a marketing role for an exclusive beauty brand in an upscale, luxury retail chain store in the UK. It was while employed there that an interest in the more practical applications of beauty, fitness and well-being was seeded.

This interest led to her joining Steiner Transocean as a spa manager on ocean-going cruise liners. Overseeing the spas on five cruise ships with a large beauty and fitness staff was a demanding position and is testament to Jacqui's drive and ambition.

After setting up on-board spas and increasing spa revenues by 100% during her six-year tenure at Steiner Transocean, Jacqui moved to the UAE to take over Cleopatra spa at Wafi City in Dubai.

The six years of her efficient stewardship saw high standards of excellence and customer serviced introduced and she can be largely credited for its current popularity among the city's female population.

Her dedication to excellence was rewarded in 2006 when Jacqui was promoted to Operations & Quality Manager of Wafi City Health & Leisure Centre, where she performed outstandingly until her current recruitment by the Soothe Group as General Manager of Man/Age luxury men's spa.
